๐ก๏ธ Child Wellbeing & Protection
At Clydesdale Football Academy, nothing matters more than the safety, wellbeing and happiness of our young players. We are fully committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child and young person who takes part in our club.
We proudly follow the standards set out by the Scottish Youth FA (SYFA) and the Scottish FA (SFA) โ putting childrenโs wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
โ Our Commitment
We believe that everyone has a responsibility to look after the children and young people in our care. Thatโs why we ensure our coaches, volunteers, and team staff are trained, supported, and fully aligned with the latest child protection policies and procedures.
We promote a culture where players feel safe, listened to, and respected โ both on and off the pitch.

๐ SFA Wellbeing & Protection Strategy
We support the Scottish FAโs Child Wellbeing & Protection Strategy and work closely with its guidance to ensure best practices are in place at our club.
โThe responsibility to safeguard and promote the wellbeing and protection of a child or young person does not rest on one person. We are all responsible.โ
The SFA provides support, education, and clear standards across Scottish football to help create a safe and empowering environment for children, volunteers, and clubs alike.
